 Arrival - 11/13/2016
Sarah and I went to the Athena Grand in Athens this evening to watch Arrival. This science fiction movie starred Amy Adams, Jeremy Renner and Forest Whitaker.
Aliens from another planet have landed on Earth and there needs to be a way to communicate with them. Whitaker recruits Adams to lead a team of experts, including Renner, to solve the linguistic puzzle.
The story is well crafted, draws the view in and makes you think. This movie isn't a shoot 'em up gun fight but a thoughtful drama that pulls you through the story in a way that make you anticipate the conclusion without giving it away until just the right moment.
This is a very good movie. Go see it.
