 Life of Pi - 12/1/2012
This afternoon Sarah and I went to Movies 10 in Nelsonville to see Life of Pi. This drama starred Suraj Sharma and Irrfan
Khan.
This magical adventure story tells the journey of a young man who is the son of a zoo keeper. While transporting the animals on a
freighter from India to Canada the ships sinks. Pi must survive on a lifeboat with a zebra, a hyena, an orangutan and a Bengal
tiger.
The visual effects are beautiful and stunning. The scope and grandeur of the cinematography is amazing. The story is grand.
But in the end, the journey of the story is better than the destination. The film's ending just isn't as fulfilling as the story builds
up to.
This is a good movie. You might want to check it out.
