 Get Him to the Greek - 6/17/2010
My friend Alex and I went to see Get Him to the Greek at Movies 10 in Nelsonville. This comedy starred Jonah Hill and Russell
Brand.
This movie has Jonah Hill trying to get rock star Russell Brand's career back on track by kick starting it with a special concert at the
Greek Theatre. The story follows their antics from the rocker's house in London to the concert in Los Angeles.
There are a lot of laughs and a few gross out gags. There are a few really funny parts. But overall the movie just moves along
at a so-so pace. There are no surprises and no twists. There are several cameos by famous people from the entertainment world like
Pink, Lars Ulrich, and Mario López. The small part played by Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs is a good touch to the movie.
The movie had some good parts and a few great laughs, but overall it's just an OK movie.
