Gay Pride - 6/19/2010
My friend Shawn and I went to Gay Pride Columbus this afternoon. It was a sunny and hot day for the huge crowd that filled the
downtown streets and Goodale Park.
The parade was filled with the many colorful people one would expect at a pride parade. We watched to parade flow north along High
Street. The parade was full of bands, politicians, floats, and of course, lots of flags.
The parade lasted well over an hour and a half. We then followed the parade to Goodale Park where we walked around and checked out
the people, booths and music.
We finished off our night with a few drinks at Exile.
