O.U. University Concert Band and Symphonic Band Concert - 2/28/2010
This afternoon Sarah and I traveled to the Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium to enjoy the University Concert Band and
Symphonic Band Concert.
We both had a good time at the performance. The University Band, which is made up of students who may not necessarily be music
majors and a few members of the community, played five pieces. After a short intermission the Symphonic Band performed three
selections. Most of the songs were up-tempo, which I always prefer. And ya can't beat the ticket price... free.
