Canadians Celebrate Women’s Hockey Olympic Gold Metal - 2/26/2010
Last night the Canadian women’s hockey team won their third consecutive Olympic gold metal by defeating the United States 2-0. After
the post-game ceremony and receiving their metals the team celebrated in the locker room. Later, the party spilled out of the locker
room and back into the ice. The celebration included beer, champagne and cigars. And cameras.
Today the photos are hitting the internet and the critics are blasting away. Their exuberance is catching ire. The fun police
are in full effect.
If you can't celebrate when you win an Olympic gold metal, then when the hell can you celebrate?
