 Dunkirk - 7/30/2017
This evening Sarah and I went to see Dunkirk at Movies 10 in Nelsonville. This World War II movie starred Fionn Whitehead, Aneurin Barnard, Tom Glynn-Carney, Mark Rylance and Tom Hardy.
Three overlapping stories tell the dramatic tale of the English evacuation from the coastal French city of Dunkirk in 1940. The film is a cinematic achievement that only writer and director Christopher Nolan could pull off. Powerful, immersive and disorienting at times, this movies is an outstanding creative achievement.
This is a great movie. You must go see it.
