Rain - 2/26/2013
This evening Jenny, Sarah and I went to Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium in Athens to see Rain - A Tribute to the
Beatles.
This completely live performance brings the magic of the Beatles to life through video, costumes, makeup and especially music. Robotic
cameras added to the scope of the production and even put the audience into the show. The concert's various segments present the changing
music of the band over the years. From the Ed Sullivan Show, to Shea Stadium, to Sgt. Pepper to Magical Mystery Tour to the summer of
love.
The concert culminated with a the crowd on its feet for the encore and the audience joining in for the finale with Hey Jude.
What a great show. The crowd was really into it. It was the next best thing to seeing the real Beatles. We loved the
concert.
