Storm - 6/29/2012
Tonight around seven o'clock we were hit with a thunderstorm and the power was knocked out.
We saw the storm coming on radar and just thought it was just any other storm that we get this time of year. The Columbus news
stations were reporting winds of up to 60 miles per hour. To me, this was the first sign that this wasn't just another storm.
When the storm finally reached us it didn't seem to be all that bad. Then we heard a huge crunching of trees down beyond the fields by
the creek. Then the power went out. Some of the underpinning on the trailer was blown out, but I was able to repair it easily.
Now it's just a matter of waiting until the power is restored.
