This Sci-Fi movie starring an international cast of unknowns. An extraterrestrial race is forced to live in slum-like conditions in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I have heard several times that this movie was a low budget film. I don't see how the budget was too small. Almost every shot in the film has some sort of special visual effect. CGI aliens or spaceships. The visual effects were seamless and completely photo realistic.
The film is shot in a documentary style. And no extra money was wasted on expensive top name cast members or a music score.
The movie is OK. Definitely not the best movie ever made.
