Ohio Hockey National Championship Celebration - 4/9/2026
This afternoon Derek, Emma, and I went to the celebration of Ohio Hockey winning the ACHA Men's Division I National Championship. This
was held outside of the Ping Center on the university's campus in Athens.
Rufus was there alongside the team members and coaches. OU President, Lori Stewart Gonzalez and Head Coach, Barry Schutte and a
couple team members spoke to the crowd of fans.

Emma got several team autographs on both her shirt and team photo. As well as one from Rufus. And I purchased a national
championship T-shirt. There was also free pizza and frozen novelties for the fans. This was a good time to meet the team and
congratulate them on a great season and a hard-earned championship.
