Northern Lights - 5/10/2024
I was quietly sitting at home this evening when I received a phone call from Sarah. She asked me to go outside
and look to the southeast skies. Before I could get my shoes on to leave the house she said nevermind and she
would be on her way home as soon as possible.
We spent the rest of the evening out in the yard taking photos of the northern lights and taking in the awe and beauty
of it all.

In the past the most I had ever seen was simply a red glow from the north. Tonight was a completely new
experience. The various colors could be seen in every direction around the horizon. This was the most
spectacular display of the Aurora Borealis I have ever seen.
