EveryPlate - 9/13/2022
A couple of months ago Sarah had given me a coupon for EveryPlate, a meal kit subscription service that she has been using
for a while now. She said that it is one of the cheaper services she has seen and she likes the menu choices they
offer. I finally signed up a couple weeks ago and today the first box arrived.
Three different meals were included. Each serves two to four people. First, was Tunisuan-spiced beef & apricot
tagine with toasted couscous, carrots & almonds. Second, was rosemary chickpea & spinach linguine with lemon cream
sauce. And I chose to prepare the remaining meal this evening, the Greek pork meatball bowl with cucumber tomato salad
& garlic couscous.
It took just over 30 minutes to prepare the meal. This was the first time I've ever had couscous and I like it. It
was easy to prepare and I will fix it again in the future. So, already EveryPlate has expanded my culinary horizons. It
has also shown me how simple it is to prepare the cucumber tomato salad, as long as I can find the right sized vegetables at my
local store.
My first impression of EveryPlate is very positive and I look forward to branching out with new food options.
