Mink Hollow Covered Bridge - 3/21/2021
This afternoon Mom and I drove to Fairfield County to visit another covered bridge. South of Lancaster we came
to Mink Hollow Covered Bridge. The bridge is over Arney Run on just off Crooks Road at Arney Run Park. A
sign near the bridge states that the official name of the bridge is Mink Hollow Bridge Over Arney Run in Oil Mill
Hollow Near the Borcher’s Mill, making it the longest official name of any bridge in the U.S.

It was perfect weather for our visit. The sky was completely clear and the temperature was in the mid
60s. Another good day out with Mom.
