 TRON: Legacy - 12/19/2010
Tonight Sarah and I went to AMC Easton to see TRON: Legacy in IMAX 3D. This science-fiction adventure starred Garrett Hedlund,
Jeff Bridges, Olivia Wilde and Bruce Boxleitner.
The 3D exploded off the IMAX screen and the surround sound pounded me into my seat. This was the most impressive 3D film I've seen.
The large vistas of dark cityscapes with large futuristic craft flying past had reminded me of Blade Runner. The computer images were
like nothing I have even seen before. I could feel the beat of the soundtrack in my chest.
The story was filled with a wide range of characters that vastly expanded the Tron world far beyond that of the original film. The
music by Daft Punk was another great upgrade from the first film.
This is a great movie. Go see it for yourself. And you have to see it in IMAX 3D.
