Ending my year at Kings Island - 10/17/2010
Today David and I made a quick trip to Kings Island. This was my final visit to an amusement park this year.
The crowds were a bit light so we were able to get on all of our favorite rides quickly. We hit most of the major rides like;
Diamondback, Firehawk, Flight Deck, Flight of Fear, Invertigo, Racer, and Beast. We made such good time through all of the rides that
we didn't stay the entire day. .
At the end of our time at the park we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower. After we took in the views we stepped on board the
elevator for the ride down. There was room for a few more people. We heard a lady's voice asking to hold the door. She
came running to the elevator, stopped and looked at the people already on board. She said, "I'll get the next one, I'm claustrophobic."
The elevator operator instantly said, "It's OK, I'm Catholic". We all laughed.
With that my summer of rides, haunts, coasters and parks come to an end. Now all I can do is to look forward to next year.
