Movie tickets for $19.50 - 3/26/2010
Today the Wall Street Journal reported that many of the national movie theater chains were rolling out new ticket prices starting
today. Some of the increases are as much as 26% and vary from theater to theater. The higher prices include theaters owned by
Regal, Cinemark and AMC. In New York City a ticket to see a movie in IMAX 3D can cost as much as $19.50
I can remember when concert tickets were $20.
Do I sound like my parents now?
I just checked online for ticket prices at AMC Easton. IMAX 3D is $17.00. Wow!
