Family Night with a California Theme - 2/15/2010
Tonight it was my turn to cook for our weekly Family Night and a chose to go with a California theme. I first got the idea when I
tried the Frisco Burger at Steak and Shake a few weeks ago.
First, I fixed a spring mix salad with Catalina dressing. I made the burgers on soft sourdough bread with Swiss cheese and
thousand island dressing. For desert we had Ghirardelli chocolate squares; both traditional solid square and dark chocolate with mint
filling.
