Beauty queen's gowns & makeup spiked - 11/26/2007
Today in San Juan, Puerto Rico beauty pageant organizers were investigating who doused a contestant's evening gowns with
pepper spray and spiked her makeup, causing her to break out in hives. Yesterday, contestant Ingrid Marie Rivera beat
29 rivals to become the Puerto Rico's 2008 Miss Universe contestant, despite applying tainted makeup and wearing evening
gowns coated with pepper spray.
Someone needs to find the whereabouts of Tonya Harding?
